Dian Layton is an author, professional storyteller, award-winning song-writer, playwright who serves as the Children’s Pastor at Word of Life Centre, Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. She has travelled internationally in a wide variety of settings, and children and adults alike have enjoyed Dian’s sense of humor, unique storytelling, and music.
All seven SEEKER stories have been released in one volume and each audio music CD has either been nominated or won a Covenant Music Award. The "In Search of Wanderer" music track won Children's Album of the Year 2007; and the “Carriers of the Kingdom” CD won Children’s Song of the year 2010 for "Peace, Peace, Peace." The Seeker music has received a total of 10 Covenant Award nominations.
As Dian likes to say: the SEEKER stories aren’t make-believe or pretend, they are adventures! And they aren’t just stories with music, they are a message - there truly is a Kingdom and there truly is a King - and YOU can get to know Him, if you really want to. On with the Adventure!
